Austin City Smart Grid Has No Limits

One aspect of alternative energy is consumption efficiency, and the city of Austin has been working on a smart grid system, to channel and store energy where it is needed. Another interesting aspect to their plan is the allowance of a realtime laboratory , an open grid, where entrepreneurs can test out in the wild, ways to move power around.
