Plug-in cars don’t come cheap

Hopefully with critical mass, hybrids and plug-in vehicles will become much cheaper. What can congress do to encourage auto makers to lower prices and make more of these vehicles? Hmm, maybe since the taxpayers are bailing them out, we own them right, so we should be able to determine their product, and I think we all want cleaner alternative energy vehicles.
